Electronic Truck Scales Weighbridge Solutions 100ton Pit Type Weighbridge for Weighing truck scale Heavy Duty
This type of weighbridge is most suitable for places with limited space e.g. non-hilly areas where the construction of pit is not a costly affair. Since the platform is in level with the ground, vehicles can approach the weighbridge from any direction. Most public weighbridges prefer this design.

Robust Load Cells And Digitizers :
The most important components of an electronic weighbridge are the load cells and digitizers.SILVER LAKE WEIGHING has made both of them very robust and hence, the best available in the country.
Highly Durable Girders And Plates :
A truck to be weighed is directly driven to the platform of a weighbridge and hence, the platform is subjected to the entire load and vibrations created by a moving truck. Our weighbridge platforms (made of steel) are designed very carefully to withstand these loads without damage and is highly durable.
Reliable Mounting Assembly For Load Cells :
The next most important component is the mounting assembly for load cells. This transfers the load from the platform to the load cells. This is a cradle assembly which is free to move in the horizontal axes and hence takes all side loads generated due to the vehicular movements on the platform. The mounting assembly consists of three parts namely, the Bottom Plate, Rocker assembly and Top Bracket.
Low Resistance Cables And Weather Proof Junction Box :
The signal from the load cells (in milli-volt) is carried to the digitizer, in the control room, through a 4 - core shielded cable. The cable has a very low electrical resistance and hence, no loss of signals. The cables from different load cells, in a weighbridge, meets in weather proof junction box. The junction Box is of fully molded type and houses the necessary terminal blocks for interconnection of load cell out puts. The Junction box also carries a set of surge arrestors, to protect the entire system from lightning and electrical surges.

This weighbridge is designed in a way that it has a modular structure. every platform of weighbridge have same size ,EVERY HOLE for blot In same position,every modular of weighbridge can exchange each other, Each module is 6m long. The modules are joined together by a weigh-bar section which extends to lengths of 12m, 18m or 24m.

There are only three kinds of modules, with which we can get any size of weighbridge you want: 3x8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24m. Also you can easily enlarge the length from 12m to 18m(add two pieces 5535mm module and one weigh-bar 350mm), or from 18m to 22m (by adding 2 pieces of 3695mm modules and one weigh bar 350mm), which saves a lot of cost for customers.
(2). More pieces of weighbridges can be loaded into a 20ft container.
The structure is specially designed as per the inner dimension of 20ft container. The full use of container is to the utmost. We can put 2 sets 3x18m 80t weighbridge into a 20ft container
