The cost of a weighbridge is a critical issue for today’s customer. The VTS202 is designed to
optimize the state of the art orthotropic design to fulfill two important goals; to accurately
weigh on-the-road trucks under medium to heavy traffic conditions and to reduce your long-term
service and maintenance costs. The VTS302 is designed for weighing trucks that are using
private roads where they may exceed the legal road limits.

VTS202 is designed to weigh heavy trucks (where typical on-the-road trucks may traveling on private roads). Directive 96/53/EEC and many local laws specify the maximum concentrated load to be less than 22 t. The VTS202 is well suited for these on-the-road trucks.
We have made improvements based on the Toledo structure, and the limit plate is more convenient to install, reducing the installation time and cost.

There are several benefits of using vertical welding (vertical welding) between the U-beam and end plate of the truck scale:
1. Improve welding strength
Better weld quality: During vertical welding, the molten pool is less affected by gravity, the weld is evenly formed, there are fewer defects such as pores and slag inclusions, and the welding quality is higher.
Better penetration: Vertical welding can better control the penetration depth, ensure that the weld is fully integrated with the parent material, and improve the strength of the joint.
2. Reduce deformation
Heat input control: The heat input of vertical welding is relatively uniform, which can effectively reduce thermal deformation during welding and keep the structural dimensions stable.
Symmetrical welding: Vertical welding facilitates symmetrical welding, further reducing deformation caused by welding stress.
3. Improve welding efficiency
Continuous welding: Vertical welding can achieve continuous welding of long welds, reduce the number of joints, and improve efficiency.
Automation applicability: Vertical welding is suitable for automated welding equipment to improve production efficiency and consistency.
