(1).The real modularized structure, outstanding exchangeability. 
There are only three kinds of modules, with which we can get any size of weighbridge you want: 3x8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24m. Also you can easily enlarge the length from 12m to 18m(add two pieces 5535mm module and one weigh-bar 350mm), or from 18m to 22m (by adding 2 pieces of 3695mm modules and one weigh bar 350mm), which saves a lot of cost for customers.

(2). More pieces of weighbridges can be loaded into a 20ft container.
The structure is specially designed as per the inner dimension of 20ft container. The full use of container is to the utmost. We can put 2 sets 3x18m 80t weighbridge into a 20ft container

(3). You have 3X18m truck scale in stock, but the customer needs a 3X16m truck scale tomorrow. What can you do? To buy another one fromChinatomorrow? SCS-MU will solve this for you.

  SCS-MU series truck scale is manufactured by moulds. This means all scale body will be able to match to any others, for example can divide our on set 3x24m into two sets 3x12m. so it will be much easier for the customers to stock the truck scales. You don’t need to stock 3X18m truck scale or 3X16m truck scale, for option you need only to stock the scale body 3965mm and 5535mm long and stock some “weigh-bar ”which is normally 350mm width, and thus you can match to any truck scale sizes you need. But be careful of the Max. Capacity, only in same capacity scale bodies can match together.

(4).Fast and economical installation, even in restricted sites.

SL-SCS-MU weighbridge is humanized designed structure. During assembling,no need to turn over the weighbridge. It takes usually 4 hours by 2 people to finish the installation of 1 complete set of 18x3m weighbridge. Even in the place without crane, the weighbridge can be easily installed by forklift.
